I take a ton of supplements, including collagen and hyaluronic acid for good skin/hair health. However, I found my skin was still very dry and I even had developed patches of extremely dry skin. I'm not on a multi-vitamin, and wasn't taking any vitamin E. I happened to run across an article that mentioned a lack of vitamin E can cause dry patches on the skin. So, after searching all the vitamin E's on Amazon, I selected this one. I have been taking it about 3 months and the dry skin is gone, replaced by smooth, younger feeling skin. It also seems as if the skin on my heels is smoother. I will be keeping vitamin E on my regular supplementation routine.
