The gel capsules have been easy to swallow which is a plus and the label lists quality ingredients. They also didn't have an after taste either. So far there hasn't been any side effects or stomach issues after taking. I will continue to take them to finish the bottle and if I notice any changes I will come back and report. However it is too soon to determine if this is "working" or not so I would say it's fair to rate this 4 stars in the interim.
