I take K2 regularly because I believe it helps with dental & bone health. Often it’s combined with D3 but in this case, it’s combined with a vitamin E complex which is a unique approach. Apparently E is an important cofactor to vitamin K. For me the main thing is I like both these vitamins and oftentimes when I’ve gotten K2 with D3, the D3 amounts are too high so I usually take D3 separately, if at all, in any case.

The football shaped gel caps are medium sized and pretty easy to take. So far I am happy with these and like having the E complex along with the MK-7 form of K2 all of which appears to be high quality. These are now my preferred K2 choice.
