This is a great product. I read some are having trouble removing the capsules from the bottle. I keep mine in my bathroom cabinet. I just stick my finger in the bottle and barely move one and it drops right out in my hand. MINOR issue, EASY to deal with.

ALL the different Vit E products I have taken, this is my favorite.

Plus, taking this and a good 3,6,9 Fish Oil I SWEAR has kept my Blood Pressure inline. I have not taken any BP med's in years now.

UPDATE: If your having trouble getting the capsules out of the bottle, just tap the bottle on the bottom of your wrist, and they will loosen up. I have not had "any" trouble getting any of them out of the bottle. Plus I like this product better than all others.

UPDATE: I now store my bottle "upside down". When opening the bottle, all the pills are at the top of the bottle. I just slightly stick my finger into the pills, they all fall to the bottom, and then I easily get just one out of the bottle. This works until the bottle is empty. I sometimes just tap my palm with the bottle which also will loosen them up. GREAT PRODUCT. NOTE: Some may be storing these in a cabinet that may be warmer than your room temperature which also will cause them to get sticky, just a little,but enough to let them stick together. I store mine by the sink now and rarely have any trouble.
