Vitamin D Drops Fix Deficiency: CBC-Verified Results & Easy Dosage!
This is a review of product:
Plant-D3 Organic Vitamin D3 5000 IU - Vegan, Max Strength Sublingual Liquid D3 Drops - 200% Higher Absorption - 100% Plant-Based Cholecalciferol Form - Adjustable Dosing for All Ages (1oz Liquid)
From Amazon.com

Evidenced by recent CBC (blood panel) after taking this for 6 months. I was taking about 7 drops a day, a drop more than what is 5000IU. I am finally within normal range of Vitamin D, when previously I have been deficient for years. Even when pregnant and using pill form D supplements, it never raised my vitamin D levels into the normal range. Also I’m nowhere close to the maximum vitamin D range where it is “dangerous”. Just got into healthy normal limits.
If you are historically deficient, use this !!
Also easiest way to take vitamin D and stay consistent. Tastes slightly like olive oil so I don’t mind at all. Very mild and do not have to swallow 6 pills which is a MUST for me. If you don’t like the taste for some reason, drop it into your drink, you won’t taste that at all.
THIS STUFF WORKS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Vitamin Basics & Tips
Vitamin D plays a crucial role in calcium absorption, immune function, and bone health. Chronic deficiency, as described in the review, is common among people with limited sun exposure or absorption issues. Liquid formulations like drops often demonstrate better bioavailability than pills, particularly for individuals with digestive challenges – a key factor explaining why this user succeeded where pill supplements failed during pregnancy.
Blood tests (CBC panels) remain the gold standard for monitoring vitamin D status, measured as 25-hydroxyvitamin D. The "normal range" typically falls between 30-100 ng/mL, with toxicity risks only above 150 ng/mL. The reviewer's dosage of ~5,800IU daily aligns with common deficiency treatment protocols, though upper limits vary by health status. Unlike water-soluble vitamins, fat-soluble vitamin D requires careful dosing as excess accumulates in body fat.
Consistency matters profoundly with vitamin D supplementation due to its gradual accumulation. The ease of liquid administration – whether directly or mixed in drinks – likely contributed to the user's successful adherence. Those disliking pills might benefit from sublingual drops or spray formats that bypass digestive inefficiencies. Pairing vitamin D with fatty meals or carriers (like the olive oil base here) enhances absorption, making liquid solutions particularly effective.
